Motorcycle show warms up Toronto


Ready to kick off the New Year with some biker style, a large motorcycle show is taking place in Toronto Canada this weekend.

The North American International Motorcycle Supershow is being called ‘North America's largest motorcycle show’ as it takes over the Toronto International Centre and promises over 1,000 bikes, 500 vendors in seven halls, special guests as well as all sorts of features and industry related displays.

According to organizers the event will take place in 425,000 square feet brining the latest 2011 models both motorcycle as well as female. Among the two-wheeled kind, the latest from Indian Motorcycles will include the Chief Dark Horse, Chief Blackhawk and Chief Blackhawk Dark (pictured below).

Making their first motorcycle show appearance, Confederate Motorcycles will be north of the border along with the latest creation from Orange County Chopper. Show attendees will be able to see the latest custom motorcycle from the reality show before its rides onto the airwaves later this month.

Motorcycle racing is also taking up some of the spotlight with winning riders and a closer look at the bikes that will be screaming around tracks across the world and around different circuits.

The show can trace its roots back to 1976 and the organizers have so much for riders to see, the event takes place across three days. The hours for the 2011 North American International Motorcycle SuperShow are 10 am - 10 pm on Friday (Jan. 7), 10 am -- 10 pm on Saturday (Jan. 8) and 10 am -6 pm on Sunday (Jan. 9).
