To start the process, OCC proprietor Paul Teutul Sr. visited two of Hair Club's 95 North American hair loss treatment center locations, in Elmwood Park, New Jersey and Manhattan, New York, to learn about all of the proven solutions Hair Club offers to men, women, and even children, experiencing any level of hair loss. He attended a hair replacement session and watched part of a hair transplant procedure.

Motorcycles weren't the only thing getting a makeover. with turnabout being fair play, former company president and Hair Club's founder Sy Sperling visited the OCC shop in upstate New York, and stylists gave Paul Sr. a special EXT® Extreme Hair Therapy treatment on the shop floor, incorporating an FDA-approved hair re-growth agent, Minoxidil.

The new Hair Club chopper was officially unveiled in October in Pullman, Washington at an OCC Live event at Washington State University in front of a crowd of more than 6,500. To the cheers from the crowd, Paul Sr drove the new wheels out onto the stage to present it to the current Hair Club president and CEO Darryll Porter, introducing it to the public for the very first time.

Hair Club's custom motorcycle

The chopper design concept incorporates a combination of curved chrome and brushed metal, with a skull themed paint job. The sweeping lines of the bike's tank and pipes brings to mind the latest in muscle motorcycles as well those seen in Victory's Vision touring model.

The event was filmed for a 2-part episode of the Discovery Channel television reality show "American Chopper," Part I aired last night and Part II of which will air on Monday, January 17, 2011. But don’t worry if you’ve missed it, the show re-airs on Thursday December 30th at 9pm and Friday December 31st at 12.30am.
