With the premiere of ‘Ride with Norman Reedus’ still a month away, AMC continues to create a frenzy with the Walking Dead star’s fans by releasing new posters and leaking further information about the upcoming mini-series.
However, the actor is so popular, any appearance sets social media on fire, doing much of AMC’s promotional efforts for them. This was seen today, Thursday May 12th when Zero Motorcycles tweeted pictures of Reedus filming an episode of ‘Ride with Norman Reedus’ at their headquarters in California. Zero is one of the leading manufacturers of electric motorcycles.

The show will ride out on Sunday June 12th following a new episode of the highly anticipated drama ‘Preacher.’ The show, ‘Ride with Norman Reedus’ will air at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT and follow ‘The Walking Dead’ fan-favorite star and motorcycle enthusiast as he hits the open road to explore local biker culture and celebrate the best and brightest collectors, mechanics and craftsmen around the country.
AMC promises each one-hour installment of “Ride with Norman Reedus” will feature Reedus with a riding companion. The fan-favorite crossbow-wielding zombie killer on two-wheels has confirmed the following guests and destinations through various interviews found online.
We know Peter Fonda, an actor who has created so much of the more famous legends around the motorcycle culture will take Reedus to his favorite spots on a ride down to the Florida Keys. Another guest appearance will come from actor Paul Ruebens who’s been seen in Reno 911!, 30 Rock, Dirt, Pushing Daisies, The Blacklist and Gotham but is probably best known for the CBS Saturday-morning children's program Pee-wee's Playhouse.
As for his motorcycle adventures, aside from Florida and Texas, we now know Mr. Reedus will be riding one of Zero Motorcycles unique bikes. This will confirm what his millions of fans have known for a while, Norman Reedus is truly electric.
He also comes in a few flavors.
Riding around the internet there are a variety of posters released by AMC to promote the new series allowing fans to have their Norman cleaned up or a little grungy. Let the twitter conversations commence!
It will be interesting to see just how many of the actors fans cruise over to the motorcycle world. As Clutch and Chrome noted in ‘Why 'Ride with Norman Reedus' Will Be A Great Motorcycle Show’, we think it’ll be more than worth a viewer’s time, whether they ride or not.
As mentioned, the show will ride out on Sunday June 12th at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT.
