Everyone Can Enter Ducati's Latest Bike Building Contest

Back and better than last year, Ducati is riding out their Custom Rumble contest, inviting Scrambler fans to show their creativity and bike-building skills.

Considered a great success in its premier, last year saw forty Ducati dealers from around the world submit their creations. Expanding the opportunity for some truly inspirational motorcycles, the contest goes from being open only to dealerships to including professional bike-builders as well as owners.

New categories reflect the opening of the contest, this year there are four categories in the competition:

  • Best Dealer: available to all official Ducati dealers
  • Best Private Customizer: for all workshops specialized in customization
  • Best Customer: dedicated to customer Scrambler
  • Rookie Rumble: a category dedicated to younger riders and fans of the brand, focusing on those under 35 who want to customize a Scrambler Sixty2 and ‘make it even more unique and special’.

Interested? Registration for the second edition of the Custom Rumble is open and runs through January 2018. Customized motorcycles, whether from enthusiasts, dealers and professionals, must be submitted by March 20th of next year.

Custom bikes are submitted by uploading photos of their "Work in progress" online where visitors can vote on their favorite submission. The work in progress allows Scrambler fans to follow the competition on Instagram.

Ducati will announce the winner in July 2017.
