A highly anticipated movie coming to theaters this weekend has two things to look forward too; a sexy-looking Angelina Jolie and equally stunning motorcycle action sequences.

But according to a report in USA Today, the number of reasons could have been as many as three with Jolie telling the newspaper her other half came close to appearing in the spy thriller as well.

But Brad's role could have come with many different hidden meanings.

The woman adored for her captivating looks as much as her acting abilities plays Evelyn A. Salt, a rogue CIA agent who tries to clear her name after being accused of being a Russian sleeper spy. Hitting the cinema’s this weekend, the movie expands her on-screen rides, adding what appears to be a Triumph Street Triple in the latest movie to the list of Yamaha TRX80 and a CCM 604, both were featured in Tomb Raider films. In the real life, not only has the world's sexiest women reportedly bought husband Brad a nice selection of motorcycles, she has also been caught on camera joining him on the road with her own BMW bike.

According to a Clutch and Chrome reader, Don in Nebraska, Triumph supplied three motorcycles for the filming of Angelina’s latest outing.

But the actress isn’t the only actor with a two-wheeled connection, the movie 'Salt' also stars Liev Schreiber who has his own motorcycle past. On Schreiber's 16th birthday, his mother bought him a motorcycle, "to promote fearlessness".

Having Brad Pitt, a well-known motorcycle enthusiast who apparently prefers a custom ride also appear in the movie would have made ‘Salt’ a hot topic at any biker night.

"He was almost going to be the motorcycle guy that I knocked down, and then he'd call me a bad name," Jolie told USA Today, "But he was with the kids that day, and we couldn't work it out."

Could the cameo have been a nod to October 2009 when Pitt was cut off by paparazzi while riding in Los Angeles? The maneuver allegedly made Pitt weave between two cars and when his handlebar clipped a parked vehicle the actor to lost his balance, dumping the custom bike on its side. As with the never filmed scene in ‘Salt’, Pitt had words with the offending paparazzi before calling for help and a motorcycle pick-up.

Or it may have been a humorous dig by Angelina who is reportedly nervous about Brad's two-wheeled passion. While waiting in a nearby courtyard for his ride after the incident with the paparazzi, Pitt reportedly told bystanders that he was worried what Jolie would say when she heard of his motorcycle mishap.
