Its considered that pictures and information included with any emails sent to Clutch and Chrome can be used in any form and at our discretion, while retaining factual accuracy. Any submissions become the intelectual property of Clutch and Chrome.

When submitting a news item please follow these guidelines;

• DO NOT submit copyrighted material.
• DO NOT submit images that you don't have permission to use.
• Check submission for spelling and grammer.
• Give credit where credit is due. If using a quote from another publication, include the full name of that publication as well as a link back to the article where the quote appears
• Take credit where credit is due. If you are a blogger, please include the web address of your blog.

By submitting the news story, you are acknowledging you have the legal right to allow Clutch and Chrome to publish it royalty free and without infringment on any other organization.
