Energica Continues its Electric Ride With New Dealership

Bikers in California’s Orange County can get a new charge out riding with the latest in electric motorcycle, Energica, being sold through a new dealership.

The Italian motorcycle manufacturer is bringing its brand of electric bikes to Vaga Motorsport Inc., in Orange County. Located in the heart of the so-called Tech Coast, Vaga Motorsport services Irvine and Newport Beach. The dealership is part of a growing distribution network which started in the United States with the company-owned Sales and Service Centre in San Francisco, in the heart of the Bay Area.

There’s a reason Energica Motor Company is focusing on California, In the last 6 years, more than 2000 electric vehicles were sold in California and the Energy Commission just approved an investment plan of $15 million dollars for the installation of new charging points. The aim of the Governor Jerry brown is to have 1.5 million of electric vehicles on California roads by the end of 2025.

“Our company has been investing in the United States and in just 3 years we managed to position an US division, Energica Motor Company Inc., operating as US exclusive distributor, an operational headquarters in North Carolina, head office for all the logistics and administrative management, and a Sales and Service Centre in San Francisco, the melting pot for global EV market,” Stefano Benatti, Energica Motor Company Inc. General Manager said.
