Hairdryer
The turbocharger on a motorcycle engine.

Hammer Down
Open the throttle fully or accelerate rapidly.

Handle
A bikers nickname, ‘street name’ or club member's name. 

Hardly-Ableson
Also shortened to just Hardly. Derogatory nickname given to Harley Davidsons, particularly those made during the AMF ownership period in the company’s history.

Hardly-Davidson
Derogatory nickname for motorcycle that tries to look like a Harley-Davidson brand motorcycle but isn’t one.

Harley Wrench
Hammer

Hard Tail
A rigid motorcycle frame with no shock absorbing device on the rear.

Haya-Bubba
Nickname for the Suzuki GSX-1300R Hayabusa

Helmet
Safety gear worn on the head to protect the rider during and accident. To be considered nicknames for these include Skid Lid and Brain Bucket.

High Siding
Pitching a motorcycle over away from the direction you're turning.

Horsepower
A measure of an engines strength.

Hosed
Worn or broken beyond repair

Hugger
A mudguard which 'hugs' the wheel closely.

Hugger
A type of Sportster, so named because its lowered suspension and lowered seat make it appear to "hug" the road.

Hydroplane
When your tires start to float on top of water, losing contact with the road.
