With manufacturers focusing on making motorcycle's seat height lower for either looks or to lure the ever-elusive female biker, taller riders in the two-wheeled world must feel left out.

Harley-Davidson have produced the new Tallboy Seat designed  for 2008 Touring models it moves the rider back two inches to provide additional arm and leg room for the long-limbed rider.

The new Tallboy Seat (P/N 52099-08) is priced at $299.95 and it's slight bucket shape offers additional lower back support. Passenger comfort is maximized with the Tour-Pak Luggage mounted in the rear-most position. Seat width is 16 inches; passenger pillion width is 14 inches.

But where space is a valued commodity on motorcycles, taller riders looking to Harley's new seat need to know that it doesn't accept rider backrest, nor does it fit with Passenger Grab Rails.
