Soon the Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum will host some of
the most meticulously restored bikes with its Seventh
Annual Concours d'Elegance starting on October 10th.
The juried event is one of the nation's largest
by-invitation-only shows of classic and collectable
motorcycles where only the most compelling original or
painstakingly restored vintage motorcycles are invited to
participate. Last year, more than 100 exceptional
motorcycles spanning all eras and marques vied for trophies
and honors at the
Seventh Annual Motorcycle Hall of Fame
Museum Concours d'Elegance.
The event opens on Friday, October 10 with an 'Evening
of Stars and Legends', a gala reception for the Class of
2008. The following day judging begins at 11 a.m. and awards
will be presented at 3 p.m.
The Concours is part of a full weekend of motorcycling
events in Central Ohio, including the 2007 Motorcycle Hall
of Fame induction ceremony. The event takes place on the
grounds of the Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum in
Pickerington, Ohio. A donation equal to the regular Museum
admission fee is requested to enter the grounds, and
