As it's anniversary celebrations draw closer, the Milwaukee
motorcycle manufacturer announced plans for the parade.
Riders from around the country are expected to take part
in the parade on August 30th as Harley-Davidson celebrates
105 years of making
America's favorite motorcycle.

The Harley-Davidson Parade of Muscular Dystrophy Association
Heroes parade will start at Miller Park, and riders will
continue east on Wisconsin Avenue and end at the Henry Meier
Festival Park where the annual Summerfest is held. The
public can watch the multitude of motorcycles ride by at
viewing areas which begin at the corner of 35th Street and
Wisconsin Avenue.
The parade will be led by riders who have raised at least
$6,400 for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
Representatives from the company's dealerships, employees
and thousands of customers also will ride.
Some riders will be starting the 105th celebrations as
early as August 17th with 25 nationwide routes starting from
all over the country and leading into Milwaukee for the
event. The activities kick off in Milwaukee on August 28th
and not only mark 105 years of building motorcycles, but
also the 25th anniversary of the
Harleys Owners Group.
