Travelling from around the country bikers will head to the grandfather of motorcycle rally's, Sturgis between August 4 - 10.

Many of those bikers will stay at Glencoe Nation, who offers riders facilities for camping and RV sites with a full-service convenience store and shopping available on its 900 acres in the heart of Sturgis.

This year visitors will also be able to enjoy a series of music shows labeled as “Rock’n The Rally”. This year “Rock’N The Rally” will culminate with a performance on Aug. 6th by one of the biggest touring country acts in the world, Kenny Chesney.

Kenny Chesney's list of accolades and accomplishments is long and distinguished. Chesney has sold more than 25 millions albums and produced more than thirty Top Ten singles on the U.S. Billboard Hot Country Songs charts, thirteen of which reached Number One. Additionally, Chesney has received six "Entertainer of the Year" awards from the Country Music Association and the Academy of Country Music, and multiple American Music and Country Music Television awards. Chesney is considered one of the most popular touring acts in country music and his 2007 Flip-Flop Summer Tour was the highest-grossing country road trip of 2007. He has sold more than one million concert tickets every year for the last six years. Chesney's Poets and Pirates Tour, sponsored by Corona Extra, is currently the only country tour to play NFL stadiums.

Founded in 1983 by Gary Lippold, the family-owned and operated Glencoe Nation was established to accommodate the hundreds of thousands of motorcycle enthusiasts who descend on Sturgis, South Dakota every August for Bike Week. Occupying 900 acres of land, Glencoe provides tent camping, RV sites, a full- service convenience store, shopping and world-class entertainment all right in the heart of Bike Week action. To provide unparalleled entertainment for the region, in 2006 Lippold built the Glencoe Amphitheater, which hosts Bike Week's annual Rock'N The Rally. With a 110,000-person capacity, Glencoe Amphitheater is the largest outdoor music venue in the nation. The facility boasts a perfect 5-to-1 pitch and is beautifully landscaped with indigenous grasses, giving it a truly natural look and feel. Since opening, Glencoe Amphitheater has hosted some of the music industry's best acts.

Tickets to Kenny Chesney's performance on Aug. 6 in Sturgis, S.D. are available at Star Tickets. Glencoe camping information and additional line-up announcements may be found at Rock'N The Rally's website.
