It could be a
reflection of the tough times in the Florida real estate
market or simply seen as an exclusive and novel marketing
moment, but motorcycles and rock and roll were used last
week to promote a $10 million penthouse in Fort Lauderdale.
On Friday,
April 25th the condominium's development company, Tarragon
hosted an acoustic concert by Bon Jovi's Richie Sambora for 250 guests to promote the three floor penthouse
at Los Olas River House, a forty-two story condominium complex in Fort Lauderdale.
Well known and
local Harley-Davidson dealer, Bruce Rossmeyer brought in the
latest models and custom motorcycles.
Many of the Las Olas Riverhouse condos are waterfront units
and feature walk-in closets, marble floors, balconies, bathrooms with Roman tubs and sweeping views of Fort Lauderdale. The median price for real estate in Las Olas Riverhouse ranges between $800,000 and more than $1,000,000.
This isn't the
first star-studded event held for the penthouse, one of four
in the building. Last June Lorraine Bracco, who starred in
the HBO series, 'The Sopranos', served up her brand of wine. |
